We eat this for breakfast, lunch and sometimes for dessert! You can use any kind of berry, but I like at least half of them to be blueberries. This is really yummy - not too sweet, and the topping really sets it off. Enjoy!

For the topping:
1 cup    Quick or old fashioned oatmeal, uncooked
½ cup    Brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 cup    Butter, melted
2 Tbs    Flour
For the filling:
4 cups    Thinly sliced apples
2 cups    Fresh or frozen berries
¼ cup    Brown sugar, firmly packed
¼ cup    Orange juice
2 Tbs    Flour

1 Heat oven to 350°.
2 Combine topping ingredients.
3 Combine filling ingredients in a large bowl; stir until fruit is evenly coated.
4 Spoon filling into 8" square glass baking dish.
5 Sprinkle topping evenly over fruit.
6 Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender.
7 Serve warm with yogurt or cream, as desired.

 Cooking Tips
Add one cup of chopped pecans or walnuts to topping mix! Can also use 3 tablespoons of tapioca in lieu of flour.
