Aunt Vera's Dinner Rolls

2 pkgs    Dry yeast  
¼ cup    Very warm water  
1 ½ cups    Warm milk  
3   Eggs  
1 cup    Shortening  
3 tbs    Salt  
½ cup    Sugar  
1 Dissolve yeast in water and let stand about 5 minutes to proof.
2 Add the warmed milk and the rest of ingredients to the yeast.
3 Add flour as needed to form a soft dough. Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
4 Take out and divide into 2 or 3 parts.
5 Roll out each piece to less than ¼ inch and then spread with melted butter.
6 Cut into 8 or 10 pie shaped wedges and roll up, wide edge first.
7 After setting for about 3 hours, bake on aluminum cookie sheet at 400° for 10 minutes.
