Butterscotch Sauce

 
 
 
This is delicious warm over vanilla ice cream.
 
1½ cups    Brown Sugar, Packed  
½ cup    Light Corn Syrup  
4 Tbs    Butter (1/4 cup)  
½ cup    Heavy Whipping Cream  
1 tsp    Vanilla Extract  
 
1 In a medium pot, heat the sugar, syrup and butter over medium-low heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
2 Remove from heat; stir in the cream and vanilla. Stir just before serving.
