||Melt the butterscotch morsels and butter over hot water. Remove from heat.
||Beat in the brown sugar and eggs.
||Sift together the flour and soda and add to the butter mixture. Add the nuts and vanilla.
||Shape into two 12" rolls. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill thoroughly.
||Preheat oven to 375°. Slice dough very thin. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 5 to 6 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet.
