Carrot Zucchini Cake

 
 
 
2   Eggs  
1 cup    Sugar  
2/3 cup    Oil  
pinch    of salt  
1½ cups    Flour  
1 tsp    Baking powder  
1 tsp    Soda  
1 tsp    Cinnamon  
1 cup    Grated carrots  
1 cup    Grated zucchinis  
½ cup    Nuts  
 
1 Mix in order given and beat well. Pour into a 9" square pan, greased and floured.
2 Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
3 Frost with cream cheese frosting or cool whip.
