Cheese Casserole

Great lunch for company!
8 slices    Bread - any kind  
½ pound    Old English cheddar cheese  
½ cup    Butter or margarine  
½ tsp    Dry mustard  
3   Eggs, beaten  
2 cups    Milk  
½ tsp    Salt  
1 Butter a 2-1/2 quart casserole.
2 Break bread into chunks, arrange in layers with cheese.
3 Pour melted butter over the bread and cheese.
4 Mix together the mustard, eggs, milk and salt and pour over the bread. Cover and refrigerate over night.
5 Bake covered at 350° for one hour.
