Chinese Chicken Salad

3   Chicken breasts, cooked and shredded  
½ head    Lettuce, shredded  
1 pkg    Sliced wonton skins  
  Slivered green onions  
  Sesame seeds  
  Cilantro - to taste  
Dressing:  
1/8 cup    Salad oil  
1/8 cup    Sesame oil  
3 tbs    Vinegar  
2 tbs    Sugar  
  Salt and pepper to taste  
 
Fry the wonton skins and pat to dry. Assemble the chicken, lettuce, green onions, sesame seeds and cilantro. Mix the dressing ingredients together and toss with chicken mixture.
