Cranberry Salad

 
 
 
2 cups    Cranberries, raw  
1 cup    Water  
½ cup    Sugar  
1 pkg    Raspberry Jello  
½ cup    Apples, chopped  
½ cup    Celery, chopped  
½ cup    Nuts, chopped  
1 small can    Crushed pineapple  
 
1 Cook cranberries in 1 cup of water, stirring occasionally, until skins pop (about 10 minutes).
2 Stir in sugar and boil 5 minutes. Remove from stove
3 Stir in Jello and let set until cool.
4 Mix in apples, celery, nuts and pineapple. Let set until firm.
5 Enjoy!
