Crazy Chocolate Cake

 
 
 
3 cups    Flour  
2 cups    Sugar  
2 tsp    Salt  
6 tbs    Cocoa  
2 tsp    Soda  
2 tbs    Vinegar  
2 tsp    Vanilla  
¾ cup    Vegetable oil  
 
1 Sift the first five ingredients together in a large, flat, ungreased cake pan.
2 Make two indentations in the dry ingredients and divide the liquid ingredients between the two holes.
3 Pour two cups of water over the top.
4 Mix thoroughly with a fork until all ingredients are thoroughly dampened.
5 Bake 30 minutes at 350°. This cake should not be removed from the pan. Can be iced if desired.
