Creme Fraische

 
 
 
Use in place of heavy cream clotted cream or sour cream. Great on scones, desserts, etc.!
 
1 cup    Heavy Cream  
1 Tbs    Buttermilk  
 
1 Combine the two ingredients. Shake well. Keep at room temperature 8 to 10 hours.
2 Refrigerate.
3 Keeps a week to 10 days.
