Flank Steak

1   flank steak  
2 Tbs    Vinegar  
1 large    Onion, sliced  
1½ tsp    Ground ginger  
3 Tbs    Honey  
¼ cup    Soy sauce  
1½ tsp    garlic salt  
¾ cup    salad oil  
1 Marinate steak all day or overnight with a mixture of the remaining ingredients.
2 Grill about 10 minutes on each side, or saute for the same amount of time. (Grill the onions, too!)
3 Cut into 1/2 inch slices to serve.
