Korean Kalbi Chicken Marinade

 
 
 
Marinade keeps in refrigerator indefinitely. This is really ONO!
 
1 cup    Sugar  
1 cup    Shoyu (soy sauce)  
¼ cup    Sesame seed oil  
3 Tbs    Toasted sesame seeds  
3 Tbs    Chopped green onions  
½ tsp    Red pepper flakes  
1 clove    Crushed garlic  
½ cup    Honey  
 
1 Mix all ingredients together.
2 Marinate chicken breasts by using 3 or 4 tablespoons of marinade in plastic bag per two chicken breasts.
3 Refrigerate for several hours, massaging occasionally.
4 Bake/grill as desired.
