We came across this recipe while on Oahu and it is just wonderful!
3-2/3 cup    Flour  
1   Egg, slightly beaten  
¼ cup    Shortening  
1½ tsp    Salt  
¾ tsp    Sugar  
1 cup    Milk  
  Sesame seeds  
  Poppy seeds  
1 Sift together into a bowl the flour, salt and sugar.
2 Work in the shortening and the add the slightly beaten egg with the milk. (Firm dough) Let stand for half an hour.
3 Roll very thin (I used a pasta maker) about 1/8 inch thick.
4 Sprinkle large sheet pan with roasted sesame seeds. Place sheet of dough over seeds and sprinkle top with poppy seeds.
5 Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
 Cooking Tips
When doubling the recipe, use 3 eggs.
