Mark's Ribs

These are the best ribs you'll ever have!
Baby Back Ribs, as many as you need to serve
  Salt and Pepper
  Garlic salt (or powder)
  Liquid Smoke
  Barbecue Sauce (your favorite!)
1 Place ribs on top of rack and set in a roasting pan or something that will catch the grease.
2 Sprinkle ribs with garlic, salt, pepper and a few drops (only!) of liquid smoke.
3 Cover with foil and put in a 225° degree oven for 6 to 7 hours (we usually start them at 9:00 a.m. and pull them about at 4:00 p.m. because the smell is driving us crazy!).
4 Remove from the oven and barbecue them for a few minutes with sauce...they will fall off the bone!
 Cooking Tips
Can also use beef brisket - don't have to BBQ it - just slather with sauce and continue cooking in the oven for last 45 minutes.
