Olive Cheese Balls

 
 
 
2 cups    Cheddar cheese, shredded  
1¼ cups    Flour  
½ cup    Butter  
1 cup    Pimento stuffed olives (2 ounce jar)  
 
1 Mix cheese and flour together.
2 Add butter and mix thoroughly.
3 Work with hands to mold 1 teaspoon of dough around each olive.
4 Shape into balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
5 Cover and chill one hour.
6 Bake 15 - 20 minutes in a 400° oven.
7 Serve warm.
