Orange Cinnamon Buns

¾ cup    Orange juice  
1 cup    Butter, divided  
½ cup    Sugar  
½ cup    Orange juice, warmed  
2   Eggs  
1 cup    Raisins  
1 tsp    Salt  
2 packages    Dry yeast  
5-6 cups    Flour  
2 tbs    Grated orange rind  
Orange Filling  
2/3 cup    Brown sugar, packed  
2 tsp    Cinnamon  
2 tsp    Grated orange rind  
Orange Glaze  
1½ cups    Sifted powdered sugar  
¼ cup    Orange juice  
1 Tbs    Soft butter  
For Filling and Glaze:
1 Mix ingredients for filling in a small bowl. Do the same for ingredients for glaze.
For dough:
1 In a sauce pan, mix ¾ cup orange juice, 1/2 cup butter, sugar and salt. Stir over medium heat until butter melts. Remove, let stand until lukewarm.
2 Sprinkle yeast over ½ cup warm orange juice, stir until dissolved.
3 Beat 2 cups flour into orange butter mixture, beat in eggs and orange rind.
4 Stir in yeast mix.
5 Beat in enough flour to make a soft dough.
6 Turn onto floured board. Knead 10 to 15 minutes.
7 Place in greased bowl, turn dough, cover and let rise 2 to 2½ hours until doubled.
8 Punch down dough and divide in half. Roll half into 16" by 18" rectangle.
9 Melt remaining ½ cup of butter. Spread dough with half the butter, sprinkle with half the orange filling and ½ the orange filling and ½ cup raisins. Roll lengthwise and cut into 12 slices. Place cut side down in greased 9" round cake pan.
10 Repeat for other half of the dough. Cover, let rise 1½ hours or until doubled.
11 Bake at 375° for 35-40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, turn out and cool.
12 Drizzle orange glaze on top of buns.
