Renee's "Nuna" Tuna Salad

 
 
 
Named by the Taintor kids, this is a do-it-yourself recipe that you can change to suit your tastes. Add or subtract what you like!
 
1 large can    Tuna  
¼ to 1/3 cup each    Finely chopped (in food processor) carrot, zucchini, onion of choice, red and/or yellow pepper  
3   Boiled eggs, chopped  
¼ cup    Sunflower seeds  
1 can    Chopped olives  
½ cup    Mayo or Ranch dressing (more or less)  
  Sprinkling of sesame seeds  
 
1 Drain tuna and place in medium-sized bowl.
2 Add carrot, zucchini, onion and bell pepper.
3 Add eggs, olives, sunflower and sesame seeds.
4 Mix with desired amount of mayo or ranch dressing.
 
 Cooking Tips
Great served on lettuce or with cottage cheese, too!
