||Brown onion and beef; add chili powder and garlic; cook additional 5 minutes.
||Add stewed tomatoes and cook an additional 10 minutes.
||Cook Rigatoni noodles per package directions; drain.
||Add sliced black olives to noodles, stir to distribute.
||Add Cottage Cheese to noodle mixture and stir again to allow mixture to combine.
||Add beef/tomato sauce mixture to noodle mixture; stir well to combine.
||Pour into baking dish and cover with sliced Jack cheese.
||Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
