This is the Clark's answer to East meets West cuisine! It's yummy and easy!
1 bunch    green onions  
1 Tbs    Butter or margarine  
1 can (14-½ oz)    Salad tomatoes  
1 tsp    (or MORE) Cumin powder  
1 pkg    Pancit (Oriental flour sticks)(or noodles of your choice)  
  Jack or Mozzarella cheese  
1 Gentle sauté the green onions in a tablespoon of butter or margarine.
2 Add the cumin and stir for a minute to bring out the flavor of the spice.
3 Add tomatoes and bring to a low boil.
4 Push noodles into the liquid and cover tightly. (Water may be added if the pasta is getting too dry)
5 When all the noodles have softened, cover with a layer of jack or mozzarella cheese; lower heat to simmer and cover tightly until cheese melts.
